Shipping policy

Ready-to-Ship Items — Shipping Time All ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of a paid invoice. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If an order is delayed for any reason (inventory discrepancy, payment issue, or carrier delay), we will notify you promptly and provide an updated expected ship date.

Pre-Order & Custom Orders — Shipping Time Pre-order and custom orders will ship within 10–14 business days after the order closing date unless a different timeframe is disclosed at purchase. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is dispatched. If production or fulfillment delays occur, we will notify you with an updated expected ship date.
