  1. Agreement By accessing or placing an order with My Saving Grace Boutique LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

  2. Orders & Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation; a contract is formed when we ship the order.

  3. Pricing & Payment Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all charges related to your order.

  4. Shipping

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of a paid invoice. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships. We will notify you of any delays.
  • Pre-Order & Custom Orders: Ship within 10–14 business days after the order closing date unless a different timeframe is disclosed at purchase. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking when dispatched. We will notify you if production or fulfillment delays occur.

  1. Taxes & Duties Sales tax will be applied where required. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  2. Returns & Exchanges Our returns and exchange policy is posted separately on the website. Please review it before purchasing. Items returned outside the policy or without prior authorization may be refused.

  3. Cancellations

  • Ready-to-Ship: Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.
  • Pre-Order & Custom: Cancellations may be limited or not permitted once production begins; any refunds will be at our discretion and subject to any costs incurred.

Product availability shown at checkout is final; if unavailable after purchase we will notify you and issue a refund or offer alternatives.
